5A: Potentially hazardous foods are not kept at or below 45☏ during cold holding, except smoked fish not kept at or below 38☏ during cold holding.I went to this “place” (and I won’t deign to call it a restaurant) to take food to-go.food out on buffet tables al tested about 140F a tray of chicken was on the counter but it test 160F was told it is going to be placed out soon.Īt the time of inspection they were just putting new food out for the dinner rush. there was no food left out cooling at room temperature. Re-Inspection: at the time of the inspection all previous violation have been remediated. Harborage areas available for rodents, insects and other vermin 14B: Effective measures not used to control entrance (rodent-, insect-proof contruction).12D: Toilet facilities inadequate, inconvenient, dirty, in disrepair, toilet paper missing, not self-closing doors, missing hand wash signs.2C: Cooked or prepared foods are subject to cross-contamination from raw foods.1G: Cracked/dirty fresh eggs, liquid or frozen eggs and powdered eggs not pasteurized.*All other previous violations that were cited on Octowere found to be corrected at the time of my inspection. 10B: Non-food contact surfaces and equipment are improperly designed, constructed, installed, maintained (equipment not readily accessible for cleaning, surface not smooth finish).11B: Wiping cloths dirty, not stored properly in sanitizing solutions.at this time all previous hazards have been corrected also at this time there was no food left out to cool at room temperature and all food was in the proper temperatures, any food that was out was currently being worked on. wd40 and raid were not found at the facility. Re-Inspection: at the time of the re-inspection I did not observe any toxic chemicals being stored near food products.

Guidelines for social distancing and signs stating �no self serving� were posted around the facility. Customers were being served by employees at the buffet stations and no self serving was observed. No violations were observed during the time of the inspection. Partial inspection:|Brooke Franco on site regarding a Covid 19 complaint/deliver a cease and desist. Kitchen staff was frantically working to put food items away when I arrived in the kitchen. Re-Inspection: When I introduced myself upon arrival, manager Ken notified kitchen staff of my presence via intercom at front cashier station. Re-Inspection: at this time i saw no insecticides being stored near ay food products, hazard corrected. I found no food out of temp in the kitchen
